How long does it take before I get my PenGuide Assistant?

We process your order in one working day. We ship with DHL Express, and shipping time is 2-3 days. You should have your new Penguide Assistant in 3-4 days.

Can I use a different brand of Pen with my PenGuide Assistant?

No, you can only use your PenGuide Assistant together with the type of Pen you ordered it for. If you start with different pen type, you must get a new PenGuide Assistant.
